Is admission to the event free?

Admission is free but online registration is mandatory, active from May 15, 2025.

Is it possible to fly to the event?

During the event, it is possible to land and park at San Damiano airport, after online registration (active from 15 May 2025) and payment of a contribution of €20.

Is there a specific procedure to follow to land?

For those arriving by flight, it is mandatory to follow the procedures indicated in the In-Flight Guide, available online on the website starting from 15 May 2025.

Can I leave the plane parked for more than one day?

Yes, it is possible to park for several days and leave the plane parked overnight. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates during registration.

Is there car parking available?

The airport has a large free, unattended car park close to the event area.

Can I arrive by train?

The reference railway station is Piacenza, connected to the main cities. From the station you can reach the airport by taxi or with a dedicated shuttle during the days of the event.

Are there refreshment points within the event?

You will find several bars and eateries with a wide choice of food and drinks, including hot dishes, sandwiches, street food and vegetarian options.

Is there a camper area available?

Yes, there is a camper parking area available upon reservation for exhibitors and visitors who wish to stay for several days.
